About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The role requires proficiency in reading and writing, the ability to complete on-the-job paperwork, and effective communication across all management levels. This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only, with specific internal requirements for application.

Requirements

• Proficiency in reading and writing
• Ability to complete on-the-job paperwork
• Effectively communicate across all management levels
• Willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Willing and able to stand, walk, bend, squat, stretch, climb, push, pull and reach as required in all areas
• Willing and able to stand 8-10 hours on hard floors
• Willing and able to perform repetitive motions as required in many areas
• Must be in current position for 90 days (Internal Requirement)
• Must have no suspensions or more than 3 written warnings within the past year (Internal Requirement)
• Must have less than four (4) attendance points at the time of application (Internal Requirement)
