JOB SUMMARY As an Attritor/Mixing Operator - 2nd Shift, you will accurately weigh, measure and mix liquids, solids, and powders in accordance to procedures. Appropriately understand and follow the plant’s OSHE and Quality Systems to maintain a safe workplace and ensure quality product. The pay for this role is $22.11 to $30.46 per hour.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good math skills – able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain excellent quality products
  • Able to pay attention to details
  • Proficient navigating a computer
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds 

Responsibilities

  • Weigh, measure and mix liquids, solids and powders to customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to guidelines on mixtures and end result product
  • Execute batch records and procedures
  • Ensure correct procedural implementation and documentation
  • Manage material inventory
  • Responsible for helping the site meet their quality objectives
  • Follow all company safety rules and procedures
  • Assist with training as required
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment
  • Preform plate mounting duties
  • Ensure all new tooling is functional for press needs
  • Perform related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
