About The Position

Challenger Pallet is a fast-growing pallet manufacturer serving customers across the region with reliable, high-quality pallet solutions. We pride ourselves on efficiency, teamwork, and maintaining high standards in both production and logistics. Position Overview Challenger Pallet is seeking a dependable and experienced Forklift Driver for our Ogden, Utah facility. This role is responsible for safely loading dry van and flatbed trailers, ensuring outgoing orders meet quality standards, and helping lead a small 2-3 person team. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of the shipping area.

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lead and coordinate a small team
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to work outdoors when needed
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required

Nice To Haves

• Experience loading flatbed and dry van trailers preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to safely move and load pallets and materials
• Load dry van and flatbed trailers efficiently and securely
• Inspect outgoing pallets to ensure quality standards are met
• Oversee and coordinate the work of 2 team members
• Maintain organized staging areas for shipments
• Verify counts, accuracy, and quality of outgoing loads
• Communicate with production and management to ensure timely shipments
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
