Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant forklift/warehouse experience)
- Stable work history and consistent reliability
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently and meet daily operational goals
- Willingness to adjust schedule when needed to support team coverage
- Dependability matters — we value team members who show up ready to contribute and take pride in their work
- Ability to operate equipment safely and follow written instructions
- Forklift driving experience
- Warehouse operation skills
- Knowledge of forklift operating procedures and best practices
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Basic reading and math skills for order accuracy and documentation
Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
- Pulling and staging orders for shipment
- Replenishing inventory into correct pick slots
- Putting away inbound products after receipt
- Completing required logbooks and documentation accurately
- Inspecting equipment daily and reporting issues
- Reporting shortages and returning damaged product to manufacturing
