About The Position

We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations. This role requires proficiency in operating warehouse equipment, handling inventory, and maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting productivity and safety standards.

Requirements

• Experience operating Order Picker, Stand-Up Reach, and Stand-Up Forklift equipment is required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently throughout a 10-hour shift
• Steel-toe shoes required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining safety and productivity standards
• Must demonstrate ethical behavior and adherence to company policies
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, and occasional climbing or crawling
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and moderate noise levels

Responsibilities

• Safely operate order pickers, stand-up reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks
• Pick, stage, load, and unload products weighing up to 50 lbs
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy
• Organize, track, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Report damages, shortages, returns, and outdated materials
• Perform routine inventory counts and assist with basic facility maintenance
• Support end-of-day procedures, including warehouse closing tasks and paperwork
• Follow all company safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
