Load, unload, and move products or materials throughout the warehouse. Pull and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements. Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts. Ensure accurate documentation and labeling of goods. Inspect equipment before and after use; report maintenance issues as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Consistently follow all workplace safety standards and procedures. Required Skills: Minimum 6 months of recent experience operating a forklift and/or stand-up reach truck. Valid forklift certification preferred (we can assist with obtaining this if needed). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety. Reliable attendance and a dependable work ethic. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with inventory management software is a bonus. Prior knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols. Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is a plus. Other Requirements: Must be able to adhere to safety requirements at all times. Availability to work various shifts based on warehouse needs.
