About The Position

Operate stand-up forklifts and use scanners to manage material transfers in the AS400 system. Building 3 Receiving.

Requirements

• Must have experience operating powered industrial stand up forklift equipment.
• English language competency and legible writing ability
• Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work with little to no oversight.

Nice To Haves

• Extensive knowledge of Kubota products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Fills in and performs all production positions in the absence of regular team members.
• Performs training of co-workers on processes/equipment utilizing work standards.
• Learns new processes quickly to deliver and conduct training of others.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in regard to parts, tools, equipment, and job distribution to prevent downtime.
• Maintains and trains co-workers on 5S and TPM work standards.
• Supports ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Performs special projects as requested and related tasks as needed.
• Flexibility to work in any manufacturing area.
