Forklift Operator - Swing Shift - Mon - Fri (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)

Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: Starting Base Pay: $23.04 The purpose of this position is to perform all day-to-day activities, with focus on raw materials and finished goods handling, to achieve the department and business objectives. Day-to-day general direction is provided by the Distribution Lead. This position is considered a safety-sensitive position, meaning, a lapse of attention could adversely affect the safety of others by resulting in injury, illness, or death, including without limitation a position that includes the operating, repairing, maintaining, or monitoring of heavy equipment, machinery, or operation motorized vehicle
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of forklift experience within a manufacturing or distribution setting
- Successful completion of core competency training.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to understand and use network computer applications and electronic mail.
- Ability to make decisions using sound judgment based on available information.
- Completion of level appropriate skill blocks.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload all loads of finished goods and raw materials as assigned.
- Move and position finished product or raw materials into designated areas within the facility.
- Conduct basic palletizer and de-palletizer operations to include unloading of finished goods, supplying product platforms, and assisting to resolve operational problems.
- Safely and efficiently operate all material handling equipment, to include batteries and chargers.
- Maintain all safety, GMP, and area housekeeping standards.
- Comply with all customer service requirements.
- Perform physical and cycle counts.
- Perform query and entry functions in SAP.
- Maintain current Clorox Forklift Certification.
- Perform Mule Duty.
- Perform any assigned duties that fall within the scope of this job as defined by management
