About The Position

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with various types of forklifts, including pallet jacks and cherry pickers.
- Strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required.
- Knowledge of materials handling best practices and safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Valid forklift operator certification is a plus but not required; training may be provided for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, including cherry pickers and clamp trucks, to load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate documentation of all inventory movements.
- Utilize RF scanners for tracking inventory and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Assist with materials handling by organizing products within the warehouse efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safe operation and report any maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet distribution goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
