We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift, pick daily orders, receive containers, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and receiving, experience using a scan gun for inventory control, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Ensure 100% compliance with safety procedures, with a focus on preventing accidents and maintaining a safe work environment.
Handle materials and products with care to prevent any damage.
Maintain a record of zero product damage incidents.
Arrive promptly for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
Demonstrate consistent attendance and reliability.
Ensure 100% completion of pallets with no errors.
Maintain accuracy in pallet assembly and stacking according to company standards.
Efficiently pick daily orders and accurately receive containers.
Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy through precise handling and recording of materials.
Keep work areas and the warehouse clean and organized.
Follow sanitation protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for all staff.
