About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse/manufacturing team in Mansfield, OH. This position is responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, load, unload, and store materials while supporting daily production and shipping needs.

Requirements

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to read work orders and follow instructions
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment

Nice To Haves

• Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks and trailers
• Move raw materials, finished products, and pallets throughout the facility
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and documentation
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
