About The Position

Summary This position is responsible for ensuring all products and materials are loaded, unloaded, and processed through the warehouse in a timely and accurate manner using a motor-powered forklift. Team members will be fully re-trained and certified on forklift during orientation. Haltom City Distribution Warehouse Not accepting Rehires at this time

Requirements

12 Months stand up forklift experience within the last 3 years.
Cold storage experience warehousing preferred
Need full range of motion of arms, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, all digits, and legs.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time with a sense of balance.
May work with corrective lenses if vision problems.
May be provided PPE for additional hearing protection as needed.
Must pass post offer health assessment and drug screening.
Proficiency in reading and writing.
ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels

Responsibilities

During your work shift, which will consist of (12) hours, you must be willing to move around the work area at a fast pace and willing to bend, squat, lift, push, pull, up to (40) pounds.
Follow all Tyson Policies and Safety Guidelines.
As part of efficiently completing job tasks, a handheld scanner will be used to track products as it is moved around the facility.
At certain times, other job duties may be part of the routine.
Receiver – Receives product accurately into the building using PIT.
Put Away – Pulls product that has been received and puts it into the racking. May be required to palletize or split pallets.
Replenisher – Pulls pallets from racking to replenish pick faces.
Picker – (Case picker/Order Selector and full pallet picker) pulls product either in single or full palletized form to fill and build customer orders.
Loader – Loads trucks with product in an efficient manner that will avoid product damage or loss.
