About The Position

You will be responsible for the safe, efficient operation of power industrial
trucks to move stock, feed production lines, and manage finished goods. We are
looking for a safety-conscious professional who takes pride in maintaining an
organized warehouse and meeting production goals.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Certification: Must possess or be able to maintain a valid Lift Truck Operator License.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read a tape measure with speed and precision.
• Strong foundational math skills (calculating volume, rates, and measurements).
• Familiarity with production layouts and quality specifications.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in the corrugated industry.
• Proven track record in warehouse or forklift operations.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Maintenance: Perform and document pre-shift safety inspections. Identify maintenance needs and submit work orders promptly to ensure equipment longevity.
• Production Support: Deliver raw materials to machines safely and "just-in-time" to prevent downtime. Remove and stage finished goods efficiently.
• Inventory Management: Maintain 100% accuracy in stock locations using both manual paperwork and computer systems. Ensure stacks are neat, orderly, and stable.
• Operational Excellence: Maximize equipment utilization by operating at target capacity while adhering to the daily production schedule.
• Collaboration: Provide backup support for the Shipping Lead and assist fellow operators to ensure the entire shift meets its targets.
• Reporting: Accurately track and report data regarding production, machine status, safety incidents, and quality metrics.
