The Job: As an Order Picker, you’ll be part of our Miramar team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to: Move products efficiently for receiving, stocking, replenishments & order filling Drive turret, stand up, dock stocker & sit down lift trucks safely & efficiently Seek knowledge or quickly learn all functions of the warehouse departments Operate in & around trailers, containers & storage areas of the warehouse Focus on safety, quality, daily objectives, flexibility & practice ownership/initiative Follow directions & change priorities as needed in a fast-paced environment Perform any manual or machine function at any time when the need arises Lift & move boxes, products & pallets manually weighing up to 60 lbs Perform housekeeping activities associated with various day-to-day assignments Comply with all work instructions as determined by standards & procedures The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Ability to operate lift trucks safely & efficiently
• Fast-paced packing & warehouse environment
• Lift certified or ability to obtain certification
• Basic problem-solving & decision-making
• Basic math & counting accuracy/consistency
• Strong work ethic with attention to details
• WMS System/RF Scanner knowledge
• Follow tasks within standards/procedures
• Flexible to perform different requested/assigned tasks
• Comply with work instructions within standard procedures
• Able to read/write/speak basic English
• Able to read/write/speak Spanish (Preferred)
• Attend weekly pre-defined work schedule
• Participate/Comply with EHS regulations & trainings
• Clean/Housekeep work area as needed each day
