As a Forklift Operator for Cascade Mfg, you are responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to transport cold-formed steel material, components, and finished trusses throughout the facility and yard. You will load and unload trucks, stage materials for production, move finished products to shipping areas, and maintain organized storage areas to support efficient manufacturing operations. The role also includes following safety procedures and coordinating with production and shipping teams to keep materials flowing through the plant. WHAT ARE SOME OF THE PERKS? Requirements

• One to four years of forklift experience
• Experience in manufacturing and/or construction setting
• Self-motivated individual who enjoys a fast-paced work environment
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Proven work history and attendance record
