About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to safely operate a DP55 CAT forklift with 8-fork attachment in a brick manufacturing environment. The Forklift Operator will transport materials, support packaging operations, and ensure safety and efficiency in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience (manufacturing/industrial preferred)
• Experience operating large-capacity forklifts (DP55 or similar)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout shift
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor industrial environments
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Operate a DP55 CAT forklift (8-fork attachment) to move brick products throughout facility and yard
• Load and unload materials from trucks and production lines
• Stack and stage finished brick products accurately and safely
• Assist in the packaging department, including operating packaging equipment
• Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Follow all plant safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
