About The Position

Forms+Surfaces is looking for a Material Handler to join our team!
As a Forklift Operator/Material Handler, you support the manufacturing team by safely operating a forklift to load, unload, and move materials in and/or out of the warehouse locations, perform inventory counts as required, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Forklift experience required
• Willing to be a part of a rotation/training shift
• Able to work OT as needed
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, stand reach, pull, lift and carry items in the warehouse
• Must be able to work in hot/cold weather environment
• Maintain an excellent attendance record

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to pick, pull, load, unload, and move material in/out of warehouse.
• Adheres to procedures required for material documents and shipping and receiving documents.
• Clearly label all products using RFIDS.
• Use scanner to identify/select product.
• Receives product, performs inventory control and related duties.
• Use tools and be responsible for their accountability.
• Update computer generated inventories and documents as necessary.
• Ensure a safe environment by keeping a clean and organized work environment.
• Work 10-12 hour shifts and/or Saturday availability.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
