About The Position

Crescent FLO-MH’s are responsible for performing their assigned duties in a manner that is safe and efficient while focusing on proper handling of materials in the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes. Crescent FLO-MH’s are expected to perform all assigned material handler duties and to operate forklift equipment, as needed. The Forklift Operator-MH processes will operate as outlined in the Crescent Way- 3 P’s: Purpose Process People While building on our Culture of: Doing It Right Doing It Safe Doing It Well

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Ability to follow English written and oral instructions
Ability to work well with others
Possess basic math skills
Dependable & reliable
Data entry
Prior experience operating forklift equipment

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of prior material handling and/or warehousing experience
Regulatory cGMP manufacturing experience
Forklift certified
Word processing, database, and spreadsheet knowledge
Detail oriented
Flexibility with hours worked

Responsibilities

Comes to a complete stop at all pedestrian walkways when driving equipment
Completes daily equipment inspection checklists as required by site

Ensure and verify all receiving, picking, packing, and shipping are performed accurately.
Pack, sort, and stack products throughout the shift and review completed tasks for accuracy and completion.
Perform all activities, utilizing tools and equipment (scales, RF guns, auto-bagger, IT systems) to maximize output.
Ensure all bins and work areas/stations are maintained in an orderly, organized, and trash-free manner.
Maintain inventory accuracy
Operates all relevant forklift equipment (cherry picker, wave unit, sit-down, stand-up) as needed.
Efficiently load and unload trailers to maintain turnaround times for each dock appointment
Responsible for production accuracy and for providing feedback to management regarding errors
Reliable in attendance and punctuality; completes assigned responsibilities to satisfaction; follows through with commitments.
