About The Position
The Forklift Driver will be responsible for moving goods, loaded pallets, and equipment safely and securely. In addition to driving forklifts, a Forklift Driver also has a range of other warehouse duties, such as packaging shipments or checking inventories. Shift: Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday - 6 a.m. - 5.p.m , 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a forklift operator or similar role.
- Attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of industrial equipment.
- Excellent coordination.
- Valid certification to operate forklifts.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Routinely stack panels and lift batteries onto pallets.
- Lift 50-100 repeatedly throughout the day.
- Work in an organized, time-efficient, safe manner.
- Unload and upload material.
- Stacking product on pallets.
- Scanning and documenting outgoing shipments.
- Receiving incoming RMA and inventory shipments.
- Identify damages.
- Report shortages and quality deficiencies.
- Inspect machinery and determine the need for repairs.
- Keep updated records of inventory.
- Produce activity logs.
- Comply with company policies and guidelines.
- Assist in keeping a safe environment.
- All other duties assigned.
