Are you an experienced Forklift Driver ready to take the next step in a fast-paced distribution environment? We’re hiring skilled professionals to join our high-performing warehouse team. If you have hands-on experience with turret reach forklifts, and counterbalance lifts, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Knowledge of warehouse logistics, shipping/receiving, and inventory control
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor operational issues and recommend solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Team-player mindset with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate gas or electric-powered forklifts to move, load, stack, and unload raw materials, parts, and finished goods
  • Transfer materials between warehouse storage and transport vehicles
  • Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure equipment is properly maintained
  • Maintain accurate inventory by tracking product movement and reporting discrepancies
  • Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations
  • Follow all warehouse safety protocols and company procedures
  • May assist in training or guiding less experienced team members
  • Requires forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
