Operate various forklifts to keep the plant running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities:•

Must have good attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment.
Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibility will be to load and unload brite stacked and finished canned products in trucks and railcars using forklift and/or push pull.
Must use electronic scanners or document all pertinent information to ensure trace/recall inventory accuracy.
This position reports to the Canned Shipping Team Leaders.
Duties also include unloading and loading empty cans, packaging materials, dunnage and other duties as assigned.
Other duties include H-Lots, labeling when needed, and will be expected to help with frozen shipping when required.
Ensures that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and safety rules/ regulations are being followed and enforced.
Other duties as assigned.
