From your PASSION to ours Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis Family of companies, is currently hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator (Driver) based in Nampa, Idaho. The Warehouse Forklift Operator (Driver) supplies all departments ingredients and packaging material and moves finished goods to the Distribution Center using a standup forklift. Drivers will also load and unload trailers and may be required to pick up, move or manipulate product by hand. Strong written and verbal skills are essential.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) is preferred.
• 6 months to a year of stand-up forklift experience.
• Food industry is preferred.
• Heritage/AS400 is preferred, knowledge of computer fundamentals and strong math skills

• Safety procedures
• Inventory management
• Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, manual dexterity, bending, stooping

Responsibilities

• Moving product safely to and from departments to meet production needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong organization skills.
• Required stand all day occasionally required to bend, stack, and move product by hand.
• Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds and occasionally move up to 100 lbs.
• Able to manage high stress environment.
