About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports production and warehouse operations within the Supply Chain Department by receiving materials, staging outbound orders, and picking, issuing, and returning materials in accordance with cGMP requirements. The role is responsible for accurately documenting all inventory transactions in the inventory management system in compliance with established procedures.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of warehouse/logistics/supply chain experience
  • Must have valid driver's license and experience operating a forklift, lift truck or similar equipment
  • Additional technical training and certifications may be required for this role
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds independently.
  • Ability to bend, squat, kneel, twist, and reach throughout the workday.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jacks, and packing tools.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to accomplish tasks without supervision
  • Exhibits leadership, both by work and example
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to focus on multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in high pressure situations
  • Computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office applications)
  • Possess honesty and integrity with a commitment to the highest legal and ethical standards
  • Treats every person with courtesy and respect
  • Knowledge of fundamental cGMP and regulatory principles work

Responsibilities

  • Support production operations by supplying, moving, and staging materials as needed to maintain uninterrupted workflow.
  • Perform general material handling tasks, including transporting, organizing, and storing materials within warehouse and production areas.
  • Maintain accurate handling of materials and follow established procedures for inventory movement and material flow.
  • Load, unload, and receive incoming materials in accordance with established SOPs and receiving requirements.
  • Stage outgoing shipments as requested, including packing products and preparing basic shipping documentation (e.g., pack slips).
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Other related duties as assigned to support operational needs defined by Biovire.
