About The Position

Why this role Be the backbone of our distribution—every accurate pick and safe load keeps shelves stocked. Training provided: earn your forklift certification on us. Real career pathways within Frito-Lay and PepsiCo. Core responsibilities Load and unload trailers, handling both pallets and individual cases. Use handheld technology to select and stage orders with precision. After training/certification, safely operate a forklift to move materials. Prepare outbound trailers using carts or by hand-stacking cases on trailer floors. Uphold housekeeping and sanitation standards across the warehouse. Schedule & physical expectations 24/7 operation—expect weekends, holidays, and off-shift assignments. On your feet for the entire shift in a highly physical environment. Work may involve heights (ladders or lifts), extreme temperatures and humidity, loud/hazardous equipment, and occasionally slippery surfaces. Ready to apply? Requirements

  • 18+ years old.
  • Available for weekends, holidays, and varied shift times.
  • Lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Stand and walk for long periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Routinely climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Comfortable working at heights using ladders or lifts to access plant areas.
  • Able to work in environments with extreme temperatures/humidity and around loud or hazardous equipment and slippery surfaces.
