About The Position
Kurt Hydraulics produces a complete line of hydraulic couplings and hoses for multiple industries from agriculture and construction to petrochemical and marine applications. With over 35 years of experience in coupling manufacturing solutions, our customers receive SAE-specification products with the best-designed couplings. The Fork Truck Driver/Material Handler position loads, unloads, and moves materials from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas. 1st Shift: M-TH 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Friday 4-6 hours
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- 3 months of related experience
Nice To Haves
- Certified Fork Truck Driver - not essential to start, as most inventory movement will be WITHOUT fork truck
Responsibilities
- Loads materials on pallets and carts for delivery to Brazing Assembly department
- Records inventory transactions receiving components into warehouse, and issuing assembly picklists
- May operate gas or electric powered forklift truck to move, stack, or unload materials in and about facility.
- Counts, weighs, and or records number of units of materials moved or handled.
- Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials.
- Reliable attendance is required.
