The position that we are currently recruiting for is:

Job Title: Fork Lift Driver

FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Summary Receives, stores, and issues hand tools, materials, and equipment by performing the following duties.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand packaging, shipping documents, and safety guidelines.
• Teamwork - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Supports everyone's efforts to succeed.
• Ethics - Works with integrity and ethically; Upholds organizational values.
• Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
• Initiative - Asks for and offers help when needed.
• High school education or GED; or up to six-months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior Fork Lift experience

Responsibilities

• Follows safety regulations and company guidelines.
• Loading, unloading, shipping and receiving materials.
• Stock facility and storage areas and maintain order and cleanliness.
• Transporting materials to different locations inside facility.
• Analyzes production schedule to determine timely transportation of materials and products.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Organizing and securing loads to make sure they are properly stacked.
• Picking and wrapping orders for shipment.
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs.
