About The Position

Perform the responsibilities detailed below for the assigned production area RESPONSIBILITIES Meet production targets, and quality goals. Environment/Safety requirements. Understand Lockout Tagout Understand Quality Documents (Deviations, CARs, Travelers, Work Instructions). Perform inspection requirements, complete production records. Operate preliminary and finish Deflash, Robotic and CNC Deflash machines. Maintain rotary chucks, cutters, belts, etc. Start-up and Shut down of the rotary grinder. Adjust sizes / change belts Changes tools and preset. Load shot peener. Changeover finish equipment. Understand the machine controls. Cross train in department and plant to perform a variety of manufacturing duties. Work in a safe manner always and complies with 5S initiatives. Understand and execute NCM (Non-conforming material) Process. Understanding and execute SDS (Safety Data Sheets) System/Labeling Understand and execute WI (Work Instructions) location. Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturing background preferred.
  • Working knowledge and ability to operate production machines, make adjustments, ability to gauge and measure parts, perform SPC and quality checks, complete X & R charts.
