About The Position
A Construction Foreperson plans, coordinates and implements assigned construction projects in a safe, timely and professional manner. A Foreperson provides daily direction to leads and multiple crews.
Requirements
- Five years of progressive underground utility construction experience
- One year minimum experience with an ISP
- Have a good understanding of operational characteristics of all equipment required for each project
- Demonstrated effective communication skills and good customer service skills
- Knowledge of safety requirements for a variety of situations
- Proficient with safely operating heavy equipment around utilities, people, structures and traffic
- Must have a valid Driver's license and DOT health card and must be able to pass Arvig Construction Operator Qualification for assigned equipment
