Carolina Outreach is seeking a Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Team Lead for the overall clinical and administrative supervision of the FACT team, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based services for individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders who are involved in the criminal justice system Build Your Purpose. As a Forensic ACT Team Lead, you will provide leadership, service coordination, staff supervision, and legal system collaboration to support the successful reintegration of justice-invovled individuals into the community. The Team Lead ensures adherence to forensic treatment best practices while working closely with law enforcement, courts, probation/parole officers, and other stakeholders. Position Highlights: Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the FACT team, ensuring adherence to forensic mental health standards and model fidelity. Oversee the development and implementation of person-centered treatment plans that integrate behavioral health and legal system requirements. Serve as the primary liaison between the FACT team and criminal justice partners, including courts, probation/parole, and correctional agencies. Conduct and oversee forensic risk assessments, diversion planning, and reentry coordination to support justice-involved individuals. Lead multidisciplinary team meetings, providing clinical guidance, case consultation, and staff training in evidence-based forensic practices.
