A day in the life: The Special Services Foreman is responsible for overseeing special cleaning services and supervising front-line personnel. This position ensures compliance with company and client standards, coordinates daily assignments, maintains inventory, and promotes safety and efficiency. The role requires hands-on leadership to uphold service excellence and contribute to client satisfaction. What you’ll do as an Exceptional Team Member Provide day-to-day supervision of porters, matrons, and special services staff. Assign tasks based on job requirements, client requests, and operational priorities. Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure compliance with Harvard and client standards. Train new and existing staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures. Ensure proper use and availability of safety equipment and personal protective gear. Order and distribute cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment as needed. Review and process work tickets, verifying task completion and accuracy. Perform general maintenance and upkeep of cleaning equipment. Manage and participate in general cleaning activities as required. What you’ll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning services. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Valid state driver’s license required. Proficiency in English (verbal and written communication skills). Ability to draft and complete basic business documentation. Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
