General labor with knowledge of building or repairing walls in accordance with construction plans. Knowledge of craftsmanship, safety guidelines and installation best practices on all carpentry projects Ability to lead small teams and delegate daily and weekly tasks Mentor entry level employees Perform demolition/tear down work. Continuously working to further skill sets. Providing consistent communication to the team as a whole Perform a variety of duties in a timely manner, meeting the job requirements "Other duties as assigned."

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 2-3 years’ experience working with carpentry tools, carpentry projects or other installations.
  • Minimum of 3 years as a proven successful Lead Carpenter or Senior Tech.
  • OSHA 30 Certification.
  • Must be able to travel locally within a reasonable distance from the main office and with reasonable notice from management.
  • A valid driver’s license is required for this role.
