About The Position

The Foreign Trade Zone Operator (Crocs Inc.) is responsible for securing specialized in-bond storage at our Crocs distribution facilities in Ohio and Nevada, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field preferred.
Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills.
5+ years’ experience in FTZ operations.
Experience with Customs compliance or international logistics.
Strong understanding of CBP regulations and FTZ procedures; ACE Portal experience preferred.
Experience with FTZ software systems, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE preferred.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

Drive compliance in all FTZ processes for our Ohio and Nevada DC facilities.
Manage daily admissions, withdrawals, and transfers in compliance with CBP regulations.
Monitor and reconcile FTZ inventory and transactions; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Communicate with DC teams on forecasting, variance analysis and process improvements.
Maintain accurate, electronic inventory records for zone-to-zone transfers.
Track FTZ-related filings and audits with CBP, brokers, and internal teams; prepare and submit appropriate Customs documents.
Provide training and serve as the primary point of contact for FTZ site-related inquiries. Act as the primary contact for CBP, FTZ Boards, and logistics partners.
