Requirements

  • A variety of functional experiences in sales/service sales, strategy, business development, market insights, or project management/planning functions in the Healthcare Imaging industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Typically 10+ years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
  • MBA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrates and applies advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for area managed and expert knowledge of other areas in the company and how they interact.
  • 10% Travel

Responsibilities

  • A zone leadership role that partners with the Zone General Manager to develop zone strategy, planning & project management mechanisms to exceed the high expectations for market growth & profitable Imaging & Service sales, & revenue.
  • Synthesize multiple sources of information to develop a comprehensive understanding of zone market opportunities, projections, emerging customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Conduct strategic analysis, planning and detailed target setting.
  • Project manage zone revenue acceleration initiatives, partner with Customer Finance and Customer Supply Chain teams.
  • Implement programs/initiatives/processes that improve visibility, ensuring accurate loss reporting.
  • Provide executive level customer facing support and internal stakeholder coordination for large/strategic deals.
  • Collaborates across zones with other Zone Strategy Executives for consistent best practices.
