Foreign Military Sales Analyst The Opportunity: Collaborate with thought leaders on projects for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Security Cooperation. Research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support the Navy in expanding U.S. Security Cooperation objectives. Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with FMS case management
  • 7+ years of experience developing FMS cases in the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS)
  • 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Acquisition Management, or International Operations
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of defense acquisition systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, including planning and organization, decision-making, work delegation, and employee development
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the Management Information System - International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), and Information Warehouse (IW)
  • Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
  • Master's degree
  • Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or Security Cooperation from Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) or Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Certification
