The role involves providing first class customer service to international and local travelers with the buying and selling of foreign currency.

Requirements

previous Retail or Customer Service Experience
excellent communication skills
be able to negotiate and build a rapport with customers by helping them understand their foreign currency needs
a flair for sales and can promote our products and services while working towards and achieving targets
self-motivated
energetic attitude
can adhere to procedures
Open availability is required
High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

to convert all profit opportunities by continually calling-in customers, selling-up, and closing the deal to maximize the full potential of each inquiry/transaction
always maintain a professional appearance by following the company’s dress code policy
adhere to the company’s customer service policy
always maintain a professional approach to colleagues and management
follow all internal procedures for identifying customers in order to prevent money laundering and other illegal activity
always maintain a clean, tidy, and professional presentation of our branch
