About The Position

As the Foreclosure Transaction Specialist I, you will report to the Manager of REO and will be responsible for managing and coordinating all duties and tasks within a portfolio of assets for clients through Auction/REO/Foreclosure/Short Sale services. About the role Foreclosure Portfolio Management Manage and coordinate all foreclosure-related tasks within an assigned portfolio of assets Oversee the disposition process of properties through auction, REO, foreclosure, and short sale services Track and monitor property statuses throughout the pre-foreclosure and foreclosure phases to ensure timely execution Work with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth foreclosure sales and transactions Client and Stakeholder Coordination Act as a liaison between clients, servicers, asset managers, attorneys, and investors regarding foreclosure transactions Provide clients with updates on foreclosure timelines, auction schedules, and asset performance Collaborate with internal departments, including legal, compliance, and auction teams, to align foreclosure strategies with client needs Auction and Sales Process Support Assist in coordinating foreclosure auction events to ensure successful property sales Work with auction teams to optimize pricing strategies, reserve settings, and marketing efforts Review and process offers, contracts, and closing documents to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements Regulatory and Compliance Oversight Ensure all foreclosure transactions adhere to state and federal laws, investor guidelines, and industry regulations Stay informed on foreclosure laws, timelines, and market trends that may impact asset disposition Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory challenges or risks Performance Tracking and Reporting Maintain accurate records of foreclosure transactions, auction outcomes, and portfolio performance Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to foreclosure sales and liquidation rates Provide reports and insights to leadership and clients on market conditions, trends, and process improvements About you Bachelor's Degree preferred or experience equivalent Minimum of 2 years of related professional level work experience or equivalent combination of education and related work experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Work typically requires the consistent exercise of discretion and independent judgment and decision making authority on daily work assignments Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to perform required work assignments Proficiency with MS Office with particular emphasis on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Accurate reporting with introduction to data analytics What you’ll get Our team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too! Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of related professional level work experience or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Work typically requires the consistent exercise of discretion and independent judgment and decision making authority on daily work assignments
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to perform required work assignments
