Summary: The Foreclosure Team Coordinator role oversees approximately 2-4 direct reports. The team Coordinator is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and the oversight of the non-judicial foreclosure process from referral through sale.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of the Texas foreclosure process
  • Working knowledge of the McCarthy & Holthus, LLP  foreclosure processing system 
  • Prior successful leadership within a Texas Foreclosure process
  • Processing knowledge of various servicer foreclosure processing systems
  • Knowledge of Texas foreclosure documents
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly adapt to change
  • Demonstrated ability of issue identification and successful problem resolution
  • Working knowledge of business workflow and general processes
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • 5 years of Foreclosure experience

Responsibilities

  • Communicating and working with our clients to maintain client customer service and cohesive working relationships.
  • Team training, development, and coaching
  • Ensure team is maintaining internal SLA’s.
  • Root cause analysis and problem resolution to eliminate roadblocks that may impede production and/and or quality objectives
  • Implementation of process changes to ensure compliance associated with federal and/or client directives
  • Review and delivery of reporting (i.e. client scorecards, daily production reports, etc.)
  • May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
  • May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.
