Overall Responsibilities: The Foreclosure Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and supervising all foreclosure-related processes to ensure strict compliance with company guidelines, legal requirements, and service-level timelines. This role ensures the Foreclosure Team operates efficiently, accurately, and without delay, while also serving as a key point of contact for escalated or problematic external matters. This position plays a critical role in minimizing financial risk to the company by enforcing deadlines, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring smooth operation on both sides.

Requirements

  • Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritization of workloads, and elimination of operational delays
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly when dealing with difficult or complicated external factors
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documentation and processes
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make firm, timely decisions
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high-risk or escalated cases
  • Proficiency in standard office software

  • Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with company’s foreclosure guidelines, policies, and applicable laws and regulations
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times
  • Monitor foreclosure timelines, identify potential delays, and take corrective action to prevent financial loss
  • Review files and workflows to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal procedures
  • Act as an escalation point for complex or problem cases, including non-responsive or non-compliant clients
  • Communicate directly with clients and business partners to enforce requirements, deadlines, and corrective actions
  • Address client issues, disputes, or concerns that may cause delays, ensuring timely resolution and accountability
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve operational or compliance issues
