Requires theoretical knowledge through specific education and training Coordinate a workflow with foreclosure and later default. Maintain a system for new foreclosure referrals. Answer questions related to foreclosure and later default. Communicate with attorneys regarding a borrower’s account status through the online portal called LoanSphere Bankruptcy/Foreclosure. Review and verify accuracy of prepared foreclosure complaints. Track the complaints through to filing to ensure First Legal Deadline is met. Request extensions/variances related to First Legal Deadline. Monitor LoanSphere BK/FC often throughout the day and work the accounts as needed. Approve invoices related to foreclosure/bankruptcy through Invoicing. Prepare reinstatement and payoff requests on foreclosure accounts upon request. Communicate promptly with loss mitigation and bankruptcy teams. Work with housing counselors and/or the borrower’s attorney as a mediator between PHFA and the borrower to remedy the default. Handling escalated borrower conversations. Evaluating reports to ensure SFDMS reporting is accurate. Other duties as assigned by Manager.
