JOB SUMMARY: We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our firm. Multiple opportunities are available within our New Jersey and Pennsylvania Foreclosure groups for qualified candidates with experience or interest in foreclosure, legal services, or administrative support. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: Preparing, reviewing, and filing legal documents Managing foreclosure files and tracking case progress Communicating with clients, courts, vendors and other outside parties in a courteous and effective manner. Data entry, document processing, and file maintenance Supporting attorneys and other team members with daily tasks Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Performing general administrative duties as needed Developing and maintaining congenial relationships with business associates and clients. Consistently and accurately updating the firm’s internal case management system, as well as all client systems. Providing exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction. Performing other duties and responsibilities as needed.
