Requirements

3+ years of experience in an operations support role or in a similar position.
Real Estate, Foreclosure or Bankruptcy related experience preferred.
Registered Notary preferred.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced legal environment.
Ability to multitask.

Nice To Haves

Real Estate, Foreclosure or Bankruptcy related experience preferred.
Registered Notary preferred.

Responsibilities

Independent file research.
Responding to client and court escalations.
Researching case status and employing non-legal decision-making skills
Working together with and supporting the Attorneys of the Firm in multiple states.
Managing and updating internal and external databases
