About The Position

Kelley Kronenberg is seeking a detail-oriented Foreclosure Billing Specialist to support the billing operations of our Foreclosure Division. This vital role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of billing for our attorneys, including set-up, invoicing, reporting, and compliance with client guidelines. The ideal candidate thrives in a deadline-driven environment and brings precision, initiative, and excellent organizational skills to every task. Daily responsibilities include executing billing in Rainmaker and Perfect Practice, importing time entries, preparing billing packages, and maintaining various client billing portals. You will routinely scrub accounting systems before invoicing, monitor milestones, and handle appeals or Department of Justice invoice submissions. Experience with billing websites, DOJ portals, LPS/Black Knight, and real estate closing files is a strong plus. You’ll also collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate reporting. To succeed in this role, you must have 3–5 years of relevant billing or accounting experience , preferably in a legal or foreclosure-focused environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and comfort navigating multiple billing systems are essential. Strong communication, initiative, and attention to detail are critical to working independently while supporting a high-functioning team. This is a full-time, in-office role based at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters, operating Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., with occasional overtime as needed.
