About The Position

Classic Ford of Smithfield is expanding, and we’re looking for exceptional Ford Truck Product Specialists who are passionate about trucks, customer experience, and personal growth. Requirements

Be 21 years of age or older

Have a strong reputation in the community

Responsibilities

Become a Ford Truck expert , specializing in customized and upfitted vehicles
Educate customers on truck features, performance upgrades, and ownership benefits
Deliver a seamless, professional, and memorable sales experience
Build long-term relationships with customers and the local community
Work collaboratively with leadership and teammates to achieve shared goals
Continuously learn, grow, and develop your skills through paid training and mentorship
