Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities

  • Greet every service customer promptly with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor
  • Manage service drive traffic flow and ensure an organized check-in process
  • Confirm appointments and assist with basic customer questions
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming service drive area
  • Communicate clearly with advisors and management to ensure a smooth customer experience
