Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ford Senior Master Certification required
  • ASE certifications preferred
  • Previous Ford dealership experience strongly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
  • Expert-level understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical accuracy
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and computer-based systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods

Nice To Haves

  • ASE certifications preferred
  • Previous Ford dealership experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced mechanical repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
  • Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using manufacturer-approved tools and equipment
  • Complete all repairs to the highest standard following Ford and OEM specifications
  • Document services and repairs accurately and thoroughly
  • Maintain current knowledge through ongoing training and certifications
  • Communicate repair needs and service outcomes clearly with customers and Service Advisors
  • Help maintain a clean, efficient, and safe work environment
  • Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety protocols
