Requirements

  • 2+ years of automotive parts management experience (preferred).
  • 2 years of sales experience to help drive wholesale and retail revenue.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a knack for organization and inventory accuracy.
  • A professional appearance, a stellar work ethic, and a clean driving record.
  • The ability to translate complex parts logistics into clear, actionable goals for your team.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Hire, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of associates. You’ll be a coach, not just a supervisor.
  • Inventory Orchestration: Mastermind purchasing procedures and inventory control to ensure we have the right part at the right time.
  • Service Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Service Manager to ensure seamless workflow and "zero-delay" repairs.
  • Business Growth: Forecast ambitious goals and implement the strategies needed to crush them.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the final word in professional, courteous problem-solving for our retail and wholesale partners.
