Work Requirements Work Location: In person Ability to Commute: Morris, MN required unless relocating Job Description Veero Ford & CDJR of Morris is seeking an experienced Ford Master Certified Technician to join our high performing service team. This role is ideal for a master level Ford technician with advanced expertise in diagnostics, drivability, electrical systems, engine repair, and full line Ford vehicle systems. You’ll work in a clean, modern shop equipped with up to date factory tools and diagnostic technology, supported by leadership that understands what it takes for technicians to succeed. Requirements

  • Ford Master Technician certification required
  • Five or more years of Ford dealership technician experience preferred
  • Strong diagnostic ability across powertrain, electrical, and drivability systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
  • Accountable, professional, and team oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles with accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform advanced powertrain, electrical, drivability, and diagnostic work
  • Complete warranty repairs in accordance with Ford and manufacturer standards
  • Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and team members
  • Maintain Ford training requirements and certification updates
  • Perform multi point inspections and recommend necessary repair work
  • Follow dealership processes and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Mentor and support developing technicians when needed
