Pay Scale: Production Base rate that ranges between: $33.80 and $45.00 and hour + bonus opportunities based on experience and diesel certification, tied to individual productivity and performance. Requirements

  • Diesel Technician experience required; Ford diesel experience preferred
  • 3–5+ years of dealer-level or heavy diesel technician experience
  • Strong diagnostic skills in diesel engines, fuel systems, emissions, and drivability
  • Results-oriented, reliable, and team-focused
  • Commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction

Nice To Haves

  • Power stroke or equivalent diesel certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines and powertrain systems, including Power stroke platforms
  • Perform heavy-duty diesel repairs including engine, turbo, fuel, cooling, and exhaust after-treatment systems
  • Troubleshoot advanced electrical, drivability, and emissions concerns
  • Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately per Ford factory and dealership standards
  • Conduct vehicle inspections to identify additional safety or service needs
  • Communicate clearly with Service Advisors, Dispatch, and Parts to support workflow
  • Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders
  • Road test vehicles to ensure proper diesel performance and repair quality
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Stay current with Ford diesel training, certifications, and technical bulletins
