About The Position

Are you a highly skilled Automotive Technician looking to take your career to the next level? Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking experienced Ford Master Certified Auto Repair Technicians to join our fast-growing, state-of-the-art shops! Not a Ford Master Tech - we can translate your current certifications into our franchise. As an Auto Repair Tech / Service Technician / Mechanic, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive issues, including: Electrical systems, engine, transmission, suspension, braking systems, and emissions. Using advanced diagnostic tools to assess vehicle issues. Adapting to evolving technologies in the automotive industry. Hertrich Family of Dealerships has been a trusted name in the community for over 3 generations. We represent 24 dealerships, 13 collision centers, and 19 automotive brands across the Delmarva Peninsula. Requirements

ASE Certifications (GM preferred but not required).
A full set of tools.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
High School Diploma / GED.
Valid driver's license.
Strong customer satisfaction skills.
