Ford Certified Technician Ford of Arlington seeks a certified, experienced, and innovative Service Technician for complex diagnostics and maintenance on all vehicle areas, including specialized Ford systems, to join their team. The Service Technician will devise a repair plan, secure the necessary components with the Parts Department, and team up with management and other technicians to confirm efficient and effective service. Install, Repair, and Maintenance Install new equipment or systems and perform routine maintenance to guarantee optimal performance of the customer's vehicles. Customer Interaction and Problem Solving: Assist customers to understand their needs, explain diagnoses, and provide solutions to ensure service satisfaction. The Service Technician will trouble shoot and resolve issues effectively. Document and Report Document the repair and maintenance work performed. The Service Technician will note concerns encountered and create a detailed service report. Employee Prerequisites: Technician knowledge/experience is REQUIRED. Pay is based on experience. Certifications, Licenses, and local registrations required for the position. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, maintenance, and procedure manuals.
